Today, Congressman Ken Calvert announced he has been endorsed by the California Republican Party after the Board of Directors voted overwhelmingly last night to support his candidacy in the 41st Congressional District. Rep. Calvert was previously endorsed unanimously by the Riverside County Republican Party.
“Earning the endorsement of the California Republican Party is a strong display of support for my campaign in the 41stCongressional District,” said Rep. Calvert. “The race for the newly drawn 41st Congressional District is going to be extremely competitive. The best way for Republicans to win this seat, ensure our party regains the majority in the House, and puts a stop to the disastrous Biden/Pelosi agenda, is for our party to unite behind the strongest candidate. I’m thankful for the confidence of the California Republican Party, the Riverside County Republican Party, local law enforcement organizations, and a growing list of local leaders who believe I am that candidate and have endorsed my campaign. With your support, I will fight with unyielding determination to win and for the change our country is so desperate for.”
Rep. Calvert is the Dean of the California House Republican Delegation and a lifelong resident of Corona, which is the largest city in the newly drawn 41st Congressional District. Other cities in the district include Norco, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Canyon Lake, Menifee, Calimesa, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, as well as portions of Eastvale and Riverside.
